Your data is yours. You can download all of it at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
Download all your data
- Open the account menu and choose Sign-in & security.
- Under Your data, tap Download my data for everything, or Without photos & files for a smaller, quicker download.
You get one zip file of all your personal projects. Each project has its details (project.json), every point and range as items.geojson and items.csv, and photos and files folders, plus a README explaining it all.
Company projects are exported from the company's Settings (see Company settings and security rules). For a single project, see Export a project.
Delete your account
There's no delete button in the app. To delete your account, email support@tekswipe.com.au from the email address on your account. We may need to check it's you first.
Deleting your personal account doesn't delete company projects: they belong to the company. Download anything you want to keep first.
Inactive accounts
- Free accounts with no sign-in or activity for 2 years are deleted, with their data.
- Accounts that have ever paid are deleted after 3 years without activity.
- We email you first, at least 60, 30 and 7 days before. Signing in resets the clock.
- Active paid subscriptions are never deleted for inactivity.
Keep your email address up to date so the reminders reach you.
More about privacy
Deleted data may stay in our encrypted backups for up to 12 months, and billing records are kept as the law requires. The full details are in the Privacy Policy. See also How Chainage keeps your data safe.
