Cancel or change your plan

Cancel a Professional plan and what happens to your data afterwards, and how company subscriptions stop, lapse and restart.

You can cancel any time. Nothing is deleted when you do.

Cancel a Professional plan

  1. Open the account menu and choose Plan & billing.
  2. Tap Payment details, invoices & cancel to open the secure billing portal.
  3. Cancel your plan there.

You keep Professional until the end of the period you've paid for (Plan & billing shows the date it ends). After that your account moves to the Starter limits: 10 personal projects and 50 MB of storage. Nothing is deleted. Anything beyond the free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again or tidy up.

To pay less without cancelling, reduce your storage packs with Change storage packs. See Upgrade to Professional and add storage.

Stop a company subscription

To stop a company's subscription, the owner deletes the company from its Settings tab. The subscription stops renewing straight away, and the company and its projects are deleted 7 days later, unless you choose Cancel the deletion before then. Export anything you want to keep first. See Company settings and security rules.

To pay less but keep going, remove seats or storage packs instead. See Change your company's seats or storage.

If a company subscription lapses

If a company's subscription ends or a payment isn't made, its projects become read-only: “This company's subscription isn't active, so its projects are read-only.” Members can still open and export them.

The owner, or anyone who can manage billing, can tap Restart subscription on the company's Overview tab. A new company that hasn't made its first payment shows Complete payment instead.

Note

The Business launch price is kept only while a subscription stays active. A company that subscribes again after 30 November 2026 pays the standard price. See Plans and what they include.
